Development of a mobile app for Coop’s “health week”, with the aim to showcase content explaining employees how to improve their well-being.
As part of “health week” (Sept. 24-30, 2018), Coop wished to innovate as a way to benefit its employees and to add value to its work environment. The main objective was to provide a mobile app that would allow direct interaction with employees concerning important daily subjects about work and healthy lifestyle.
Every day, employees can view videos and articles on a specific theme. In addition, this content is a consistent mix between experts and video testimonies from different employees.
This project was carried out in partnership with two other companies. The CRST (Regional Occupational Health Center), who was responsible for drafting content on various discussed topics. Explicit Communication agency, whose mission was to create videos to be included in the app.
An important phase of the project was the visual part, we conducted research on the colors, the types of illustrations used as well as the iconography. Coop employees are a heterogeneous group, so it was necessary to satisfy as many of them as possible.
